Majestic Tourism S.A. undertakes to protect the personal data provided by the persons with whom it collaborates.
In order to ensure that your personal data is secure, we regularly communicate the privacy policy and the working instructions for this issue to all Majestic Tourism S.A. guests and we are pursuing the strict application of privacy protection measures within the organization.
This privacy policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use and transfer of data communicated directly or indirectly to our organization, as well as the use of personal data for the purpose of providing the services.
If, for any reason, the terms set out in this Privacy Policy are not acceptable to you, you have the opportunity to communicate to us and you can request details or explicit deletion of your data by sending an email to dpo@ramadamajestic.ro.
2. Personal information collected
Majestic Tourism S.A. offers hotel services and for this purpose collects and processes personal data received either directly from the data subject or indirectly from OTA platforms (Online Travel Agencies), from travel agencies or tour operators, which have an appropriate level of safety, traceability and confidentiality, accessible in a controlled manner by Majestic Tourism S.A.
Majestic Tourism S.A. treats personal data in a manner compatible with the requirements of EU Directive 95/46 and Regulation 679/2016.
Majestic Tourism S.A. does not request or process personal data from the special categories, but only the non-sensitive data required and relevant to the provision of the services, unless legally required.
Sensitive data or of a special nature may be, but is not limited to, information on race or ethnicity, political opinions, religion, membership of trade unions, health, sexual preferences, or criminal record.
Data collected and processed by us include personal data, such as: names, surname, home address, ID, bank card data, contact data, email, phone number, etc.
The legal basis for data processing mentioned by Majestic Tourism S.A. represents, upon the case, the fulfillment of legal obligations, legitimate interest or consent.
3. Use and transmission of personal information
Majestic Tourism S.A., in order to provide services may communicate your personal data to the partners of Majestic Tourism S.A. which provide a similar level of protection of personal data to that provided under this Privacy Policy, on the basis of the agreements signed with them.
We do not provide personal information about our guests except when they have authorized us to do so by explicit consent.
How we use or communicate your personal data:
Majestic Tourism S.A. may use personal information collected to provide, invoice and pay for the services provided;

Majestic Tourism S.A., at your request, can confirm whether and how much information owns about you as well as how it is processed.
